Shipping

If an Item is not in stock it will be shipped direct from the manufacturer. Typical shipping arrival times are 3 to 14 business days depending on location. The Albeo commercial undercabinet lights are made to order so take an extra week delivery time.

Sometimes an item is discovered to be on back order at the time of purchase, if this is the case the option of a full refund will be given, or a 10% dicount if willing to wait.

Free shipping is USPS parcel, or Federal Express Ground. Expedited shipping is an extra charge at checkout. Orders over $80.00 qualify for free shipping

Returns

Undamaged returns are accepted in the first 30 days, Item must be shipped back in original packaging. Upon arrival a full refund will be issued through Google Checkout.

Damaged returns are accepted with in one year from order date if it is a manufacturing defect. The Item must be shipped back to the manufacturer, or in some cases field destroyed. The manufacturer will send a new item without charge.

Some Manufacturers have warranties that last well over one year. If an item falls into this category then the customer deals with the manufacturer directly for returns on damaged items past the one year mark.

Low Price Guarantee

If the exact same item is found on the intenet cheaper non sale then inform us, and we will lower the price for everybody. All Items on this web site are set at the minimum allowed advertised price (MAP), set by the manufacturer.

Only in Colorado
